A full contents cleanout
Walk through every included room, storage area, outbuilding, and outdoor pile. Specify appliances that stay and any areas excluded from removal. Building fixtures are a separate scope.
A partial cleanout
Label furniture and boxes for removal, and create a keep area if family members are still sorting. A room is not assumed emptyable just because some items in it are going.
A room-by-room plan prevents missed items.

“Everything out” can mean different things. Confirm whether the quote covers furniture and loose belongings only, or also items such as shelving, carpeting, fixtures, or a structure. Do not leave those boundaries to assumption.
For a rental turnover, tell us which owner-supplied furniture and appliances should remain. For an estate, complete any necessary permissions and family sorting before removal is authorized.
Share the closing, walkthrough, or new-tenant date early. Larger jobs may need additional planning; a date is only confirmed when scheduling is agreed.

Can I arrange a quote before all the sorting is finished?
Yes. Explain that the scope is still being decided. An initial discussion can help with planning, but the final item list needs to be clear before loading.
Are sinks, toilets, or built-in cabinets included?
Not automatically. Identify any fixtures or attached materials separately. Removal, disconnection, and demolition work must be discussed as a specific scope.
Can you clean out a rental property?
